Andrew Schendale of The Weitzman Group is marketing the balance of the project. The condominium units range in size from 1,261 square feet to 6,300 square feet. |

Retail Center – Carrollton, Texas – The firm was retained by the client to purchase the site and create value and an investment opportunity. The result is Hebron Town Center, a 10,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center that the firm developed, leased, managed and sold for the client meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations. The firm continues to manage to property for the current owner. |
