Medical / Office Condominium – Dallas, Texas – The 17,400 square foot condominium project the firm is the General Partner and developer partner that is currently under construction with 5,800 square feet sold to North Dallas Veterinary Hospital. Andrew Schendale of The Weitzman Group is marketing the balance of the project. The condominium units range in size from 1,261 square feet to 6,300 square feet.
Hebron Town Center
Retail Center – Carrollton, Texas – The firm was retained by the client to purchase the site and create value and an investment opportunity. The result is Hebron Town Center, a 10,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center that the firm developed, leased, managed and sold for the client meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations. The firm continues to manage to property for the current owner.
Mockingbird Hill
Single-Family Development – DeSoto, Texas – A 215 single-family lot development. The client purchased the property as an investment and desired to maximize the return on the investment. The firm developed the property using a phased strategy and pre-sold the lots to Choice Homes.
Lofland Farms
Planned Development – Rockwall, Texas – A 172 acre multi-use land development project partnership. As developer / partner the firm was responsible for the planning, zoning and selling the tracts. As a result D.R. Horton purchased the single-family land, the Rockwall Independent school district purchased an elementary school site. The partnership retains ownership of the two remaining retail corners.

Indian Creek Plaza
Medical / Office / Showroom – Carrollton, Texas – The 14,400 square foot building is a partnership with the anchor tenant, North Texas Emergency Pet Clinic and private investors that provides long term stable return on investment. The firm currently manages the property.
